Has anyone had luck growing this variety by seed? I have a few that I am germinating right now and interested in the experience of others.

Yes, I have grown 5 Page trees from seed. All five have been grown year around in a warm greenhouse environment. Under such conditions, they begin to bloom in the 3 or 4 year at a height of approximately 6 feet tall. - Millet (1079-)

So they are true to type? I already have a sprout, so this is exciting.
